Is there a long-term contract?
No. All plans are month-to-month. We keep you because the work is good, not because of a contract. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice.
What if I need more hours than my plan includes?
Additional hours are billed at $35/hr for Starter, $30/hr for Professional, and $25/hr for Complete. We'll always flag it before going over so there are no surprises.
How quickly can you start?
Most clients are fully onboarded within 5-7 business days. For urgent needs, we can begin basic support within 48 hours of signing up.
Do you work with specific industries?
